2. Custom Design and Intellectual Property Liability

• Design Proofs: For custom-designed NFC cards, we will provide a digital mockup prior to printing. The Customer is entirely responsible for reviewing the layout, typography, and color accuracy. Once the digital proof is approved, the Company holds zero liability for design errors[cite: 1].
• Asset Ownership: You guarantee that any logos, graphics, or text you provide for the design phase are your legal property or you hold the license to use them. 3. Hardware Replacements and Warranties

• 24-Hour Defect Reporting: Due to the technical nature of NFC hardware, any claims of physical defect or non-functional chips must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Proof of purchase and video evidence of the malfunction must be provided[cite: 1].
• Exclusions: We do not replace cards damaged by bending, environmental exposure, intentional tampering, or scanning failures caused by incompatible or outdated user smartphone hardware[cite: 1].

4. Hardware Purchase and Data Hosting ("One-Time Fee" Model)

The purchase of our custom NFC business card is a one-time transaction. There are no recurring subscription fees or hidden maintenance charges to keep your digital profile active. However, this one-time purchase guarantees digital hosting for the "Life of the Service."

We reserve the right to discontinue the cloud-hosting aspect of the product at our sole discretion, in the event of platform discontinuation, infrastructure changes, or company dissolution. 5. Software Services and Uptime
